I'd been searching for a long time to figure out a way to mark plants in my garden. I tried using metal and plastic plant markers, but after one rainy season the ink wore off. I found this idea for a natural plant marker on the Martha Stewart website.
That is the best idea ever! I bought a bunch of those white plastic stick markers last month, and after my gardener's first visit they were blown away by his weedwacker and blower. I happen to have lots of smooth stones left over from my first attempt at a Japanese garden; now I'll have a good use for them! Thank you so much! I've bookmarked your website!
